What do you think about the statements? Do you agree with it? If it is YES, it means that you still don't understand The Sirah of Rasulullah.
In the process of developing, we have to start from the bottom. Firstly, we need to provide understanding and awareness to those who don't understand Islam. Indeed they can only give an opinion on a matter, it is their right. However, don't spread slander if we are still not clear about the true of Islam. Yes, I admit that Moslems today have been very severe. But this is not the true Islam. Please, review the Qoran and Sirah first before issuing any statements.

Qur'an al Kariiim |
Let's explore the Prophet and history. Why does he reject the positions, beautiful wives and wealth offered? He reject all bids because of the ignorance that led by Abu Jahl, he put a condition to him.
'O, Muhammad! You can accept a position as a king. You can receive a fortune. You can get beautiful wives, but, by one condition, you should be silent about the bad things that happened in this Mecca. If you want to pray, you can pray. You want to fast, you can fast. You want to walking around Kaabah, just do it. You want to perform hajj, so do hajj. But when we drink (alcohol), do not bother. We gamble, do not bother. We worship idols, do not bother. we disbelief and ignorance, do not bother.'
Rasulullah would leave all these offered, to ensure that none of his followers missed from getting closer to Allah. On the day of judgement, a leader will be questioned by Allah;
'Why are those people under your leadership still do bad things?'
Imagine, you will answer in front of Allah, representing each of your people. Will you bare the torments of hell fire if a millions of people still do bad things?

This is why we must start at the bottom. As a leader, the people represent our strength. Shall we have people who disobey their leader? Of course we don't want. Indeed no one is perfect, but, be better still can be pursued further. All this takes time. On the day of judgement, Allah will not ask about the outcome, Allah will ask about the efforts. To be continue... InshaAllah..
